The National Directorate for Resources, Equipment and
Materials of Defense, abbreviated as DNREMD, is the service under the DGPDN,
responsible for research, development and innovation (R&D+I) and for
defining and implementing the big lines and guidelines of political-strategic for
resources, equipment and materials of the defense, as well as for designing,
developing, coordinating and implementing armament policies.
